What makes the deposit non-refundable?+
Your terms, shown on the payment page and accepted by the customer before they pay. riverArk payments are final, so there is no chargeback to reverse them.
Does riverArk hold my deposits?+
Never. Every deposit settles in dollars straight to your own account. riverArk never takes custody of your money.
What happens when a hold runs out?+
The link closes. If it was never paid, nothing moved, and the slot or item is yours to offer again.
What does it cost?+
